If you submit an inquiry, Nebula Care stores your name, email, selected services, hospital or doctor preference, and messages so authorized coordinators can respond. Share only the information needed for coordination; do not send passport numbers or upload medical records through this form.

提交咨询后，Nebula Care 保存你的称呼、邮箱、服务选择、医院或医生偏好及留言，供已授权客服沟通。请仅提供协调所需信息，不要通过此表单发送护照号码或医疗文件。

Accounts and access / 账户与访问

On the Cloudflare website, sign-in uses an email address and password. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Email ownership is not yet verified automatically; email addresses alone never grant staff access. Account sessions last up to seven days. The private Sites preview may instead use ChatGPT sign-in. A Nebula profile stores your authenticated account identifier, name, email, country of residence, and language. Guest inquiries use an essential browser cookie and are accessible in the same browser for up to 30 days. Clearing that cookie may remove your access to guest inquiries; it does not delete the records. When you explicitly create or save your profile, guest inquiries from this browser are attached to your account. Account-linked inquiries require that account. Staff access is restricted to authorized staff accounts.

WhatsApp and email / 外部咨询渠道

WhatsApp opens only when you choose it. We do not automatically transfer your search text, messages, or account details to WhatsApp. Messages you send there are handled in WhatsApp. Email contact: xingai@nebulatrip.com.

To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your profile or inquiry, contact xingai@nebulatrip.com with your request reference. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you. We do not automatically send inquiry contents to hospitals; any onward coordination must be agreed with you.

Nebula Care is a coordination service. Clinical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment are provided by licensed medical professionals. Directory inclusion is not a partnership claim, clinical recommendation, or appointment confirmation. Hospital charges and coordination fees require separate confirmation. No payment is taken on this website. For urgent medical needs, contact local emergency services.
